Lead Times & Fabrication

All REVERIE products are made to order.  Standard lead times typically range from 3 - 4 months for fabrication, followed by additional time for shipping and logistics.  Actual timelines may vary depending on project scope, customization level, and material origin.  We will provide an estimated production and shipping schedule at the time of order, though these timelines are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, including global shipping conditions, customs delays, and material availability.

Specialty Materials & Handling

Many of our products are crafted from specialty materials sourced from around the world.  Certain finishes and surface treatments may require additional handling, protection, and care during and after installation.  These sensitive surfaces must be stored, transported, and installed with precision and according to best practices.  REVERIE is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling, storage, or installation by third parties.  

Natural Variations

Because our stone, wood and other natural materials are formed by nature, inherent variations in color, veining, grain patterns, texture, and finish are expected - and are considered part of the product's character.  These variations may occur even within the same quarry block, slab, log, or production batch.  Samples are representative only and may not reflect the full range of natural variation present in the final material.

Taxes, Tariffs & Shipping Fees

As many of our materials are sourced internationally, orders may be subject to variable shipping fees, import duties, tariffs, and taxes.  These costs are determined at the time of procurement and may be adjusted to reflect changing global conditions.  All associated costs will be communicated clearly and billed accordingly.

By placing an order with REVERIE, clients acknowledge and accept these terms, including productions leads times, natural variations, and cost adjustments associated with shipping and tariffs.  We encourage close coordination with our team to ensure proper planning, scheduling, and handling of materials throughout the design and installation process.
